LMEA welcomes music industry professionals who are interested in exhibiting at our at Annual Professional Development Conference. This year’s Conference will be November 16-20, 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, Baton Rouge. Although the conference begins on November 16th, exhibits do not open until November 17, 2017.

There is currently no more booth space available for the 2017 LMEA Professional Development Conference. However, occasionally there is a cancellation.
To be put on a waiting list for the 2017 Conference, submit this Commercial Exhibitor Registration Form. In the event a space opens between now and November 1, 2017, you will be notified by email and must pay online (credit card only). A link with instructions will be sent to you by the Exhibits Chair. Be aware, hotel space in the conference hotel may not be available.
Information Letter and Guidelines for Commercial Exhibitors – 2017 Conference: Includes exhibit schedule, information about Package A (Friday – Sunday) and Package B (Friday – Monday), set up and tear down information, exhibitor guidelines, and other information.
Commercial Exhibitor Registration Form/Contract (2017): The contract must be submitted and payment postmarked by October 2, 2017. New this year, you may either download and fill out the mail-in form or submit the form and payment online. If you submit the form online, a copy will be forwarded to the email address you provide. Please use the form option given above to be placed on a waiting list.
