LMEA encourages colleges and universities to exhibit at our Annual Professional Development Conference as many of our All-State members will stop by and talk to college/university representatives or check out the displays as they walk by multiple times. This year’s Conference will be November 16-20, 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, Baton Rouge.
Exhibit location: College and university exhibits will be set up in the Atrium of the Crowne Plaza Executive Center. Displays will remain set up through the conference. A college/university may rent a single booth with one six foot table, covered and skirted. Additional information can be found in the contract.
Set-up time for colleges and universities: Friday, November 17th between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
College/University Exhibitor Registration Form/Contract for 2017: Contract must be submitted and payment postmarked by October 2, 2017. New this year, you may either download and fill out the mail-in form or submit the form online. If you submit the form online, a copy will be forwarded to your email to send with your check.
