LMEA encourages colleges and universities to exhibit at our Annual Professional Development Conference as many of our All-State members will stop by and talk to college/university representatives or check out the displays as they walk by multiple times. This year’s Conference will be November 15-19, 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, Baton Rouge.
Exhibit location: College and university exhibits will be set up in the Atrium of the Crowne Plaza Executive Center. Displays will remain set up through the conference. A college/university may rent a single booth with one six foot table, covered and skirted. Additional information can be found in the contract.
Set-up time for colleges and universities: Friday, November 16th between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

College/University Exhibitor Registration Form (2018): The registration form, payment, and ad copy must be received by October 1, 2018. Payment can be made by credit card or by check.
Once the form is submitted, a copy will be emailed to the address you provide. If paying by check, a copy of this email should be mailed with the check, made out to Louisiana Music Educators Association.
