Exhibitor Information – Commercial

 

LMEA welcomes music industry professionals who are interested in exhibiting at our Annual Professional Development Conference. This year’s Conference will be November 19-23, 2020 at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, Baton Rouge. Although the conference begins on November 19, exhibits do not open until November 20.

Exhibit times:

Friday, November 20 11:00 am – 4:00 pm & 5:00 – 6:30 pm  
Saturday, November 21 10:00 am – 2:45 pm & 4:00 – 6:00 pm  
Sunday, November 22   9:00 am – 2:00 pm  
Monday, November 23   9:00 am – Noon  

 

Information Letter and Guidelines for Commercial Exhibitors and Hotel Information – 2020 Conference: Includes exhibit schedule, information about Package A (Friday – Sunday) and Package B (Friday – Monday), set up and tear down information, exhibitor guidelines, and other information.

Commercial Exhibitor Registration Form/Contract – 2020 Conference:  The contract must be submitted and payment received by October 1, 2020. You have the option to pay by credit card or by check. Once you submit the form, a copy will be forwarded to the email address you provided in the form.

Waiting List for Commercial Exhibitors: Once all commercial exhibit space has been filled for the 2020 LMEA Professional Development Conference, LMEA will keep a waiting list in the event there is an opening. If your company would like to be put on the waiting list, please complete the Waiting List for Commercial Vendors Form/Contract – 2020 once it is linked. You will be notified by November 1 if space becomes available (first come/first served). No commercial exhibitors can be added after November 1, 2020.
