LMEA encourages colleges and universities to exhibit at our All-State events, as many of our All-State members and/or their parents will stop by and talk to college/university representatives or check out the displays as they walk through the atrium multiple times each day.
2023 Conference and All-State Events
November 16-20, 2023
Crowne Plaza Executive Center
Baton Rouge, LA
Exhibit location during the All-State events: College and university exhibits will be set up in the Atrium of the Crowne Plaza Executive Center. Displays will remain set up through the conference. A college/university may rent one booth with one six foot table, covered and skirted.
Set-up time for colleges and universities: Friday, November 17, 2023 beginning at 7:30 a.m.
The Collegiate Booth and Ad Information with Price List gives additional information about the booths and advertising options/specs. Colleges/Universities whose online registration, ad copy, and payment have been received by October 13, 2023 will be included in the LMEA Conference and All-State Program (2500 printed copies). College/University Exhibitor Registration Form (2023): Ad copy must be uploaded through this form. Payment can be made by credit card or by check. Registration, ad copy, and payment must be received by October 13, 2023 to be included in the program. (This is a hard deadline based on the printer’s deadline.)
Form to upgrade ad size (for universities who have previously registered but would like a larger ad). All registrations, final ads, and payment must be received by October 26, 2023 at 4:30.
Registration Receipt: Once the form is submitted, an auto-generated copy of the information will be emailed to the address you provide. If you don’t see it in your email, please check your “spam” folder. If paying by check, a copy of this email should be mailed with the check, made out to Louisiana Music Educators Association.
