Registration information and a link to the google form being used in each district will be sent to teachers by their District Director. If you have not received information or have questions, please contact your District Director.
Registration Form – 2023-24 If you need a paper form for your school’s bookkeeper, you must use this form.
DO NOT use a form from a previous year due to the many changes.
