LMEA welcomes music industry professionals who are interested in exhibiting at our Annual Professional Development Conference.
This year’s Conference dates are November 16-20, 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, Baton Rouge. Although the conference begins on November 16, exhibits do not open until November 17.

Information Letter and Guidelines for Commercial Exhibitors – 2023 Conference: Includes exhibit schedule, information about Package A (Friday – Sunday) and Package B (Friday – Monday), set up and tear down information, exhibitor guidelines, advertisement specs, and other information.
Registration Form/Contract for Commercial Exhibitors: The contract must be submitted and payment received by October 13, 2023. You have the option to pay by credit card or by check. Once you submit the form, a copy will be forwarded to the email address you provided in the form. (If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk folder.) After October 13, all registrations will incur a late fee of $75.
Waiting List for Commercial Exhibitors: Once all commercial exhibit space has been filled for the 2023 LMEA Professional Development Conference, LMEA will keep a waiting list in the event there is an opening. If your company would like to be put on the waiting list, please complete the Waiting List for Commercial Vendors Form/Contract – 2023 once it is linked. You will be notified by November 1, 2023 if space becomes available (first come/first served). No commercial exhibitors or tables can be added after November 1, 2023.
ADVERTISING IN CONFERENCE PROGRAM
Advertising in the Conference Program – Information Letter, Guidelines, and Ad Specs: LMEA professionally prints a single program for the Professional Development Conference. It will include the conference schedule, all of the All-State concert programs, university ads, and commercial exhibitor ads. Commercial exhibitors will receive a 1/4 page ad with their booth registration and have the option to upgrade to a larger 1/2 page or full page ad. Ads must be uploaded with conference booth registration.

Hotel Information and Reservation Form – 2023: Exhibitors are eligible for the conference hotel rate at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center, provided all conditions are met.
